In South Corea the International Observation Globe (INOG) will be created – a new „earth focus”.
A broad collection of all earth data, accessible for every man on earth, at one special place in the
world is necessary for mirroring and analysing the current and future state of nature/environment
and mankind. So, changes may be started for regional and global improvements.
An international earth-data-junction has to be created to combine all accessible information
concerning atmosphere, vegetation, mankind and earth.
All information within reach about continuously increasing environmental problems like decline of
forests and areas under crops every minute, urbanization, regional changes, decline of species,
pollution of the seas, usage of kerosine… (the list can be carried on infinitely) are collected centrally
and therefore become visible, usable and available from everywhere.
INOG congress building© The congress building’s sculpture in the form of an eye is linked with the
foundation of an interdisciplinary world congress, hold regularly, a platform for politicians, scientists,
representatives of the industry, artists, and everyone who is interested. These participants are to judge
the current state of the world and to develop precise improvements for the future of nature, mankind
and earth. The aim of the world congress is to look for new solutions of the old environmental problems
and to look after their realization.
The congress building defines a new „earth focus”, including the most extensive collection of data
concerning nature and environment, in the whole wide world. This collection is the working base
of the “do-gooders” for a change in our environmental consciousness, so, a better quality of life for
every living creature on earth may be possible.
INOG globe© Construction of a huge globe with about 10 meters in diameter. Its surface consists
completely of monitors. Every single one of them is linked with an electronic data processing center.
So, specific images of the earth or magnified parts of the earth are created.
Also, the globe might be accessible, its inside “wrapped” in monitors. Here, the historical development
of the earth as well as its future and its further development could be displayed. Via a controlled air
condition system, climatic changes may be simulated.
The INOG globe is an integrated part of a congress building, a meeting place for interdisciplinary
conferences and the INOG world congress.

Monitor globe Earth data from various international organizations is coming in all the time into the
electronic data processing center, e.g. from environmental institutions, Greenpeace, NASA, Earth
observance satellites, public authorities, industry..., but also private data about observed environmental
problems, every accessible resource of various earth observance data. Out of these data an image of
the earth is displayed on the surface of the monitors. This image can be rearranged/changed depending
on the problem, e.g. global warming, decline of vegetation, deforestation, pollution of the seas, extension
of the ozone hole, reduction of species…
This image shows the current state of the earth’s situation. The processes may be regarded in fast
motion. The INOG-Globe can be watched also in the internet. So, everyone may inform oneself about
the current state of the earth, depending on one’s own interests. Also, scientific earth model calculations
may be looked at.

On the surface of the INOG globe, various scientific model calculations are displayed to show which
factors change the world in what time and in what kind. It will be a scientific “working playground” for
futurology, concerning the environment/nature – earth development. Singular specific parts of the earth
may be magnified. Therefore, infinite alternatives concerning the illustration of those parts exist. Via
fast motion, the progression of regional environmental problems can be displayed effectively.
The INOG-Globe can be watched also in the internet. So, everyone may inform oneself
about the current state of the earth, depending on one’s own interests. Also, scientific earth
model calculations may be looked at.
